Used condition, some wear to the edges and here and there, slightly time worn condition. The frame is loose and I've retaped it back on but it needs tacks or the like to fix it on properly. The piece was painted by the grandfather of a local Hinckley lady. Unfortunately her grandparents have both passed now but he was an avid painter and the family have kept what artwork they'd like so I'm finding homes for the rest so they can be enjoyed once more.
