A lovely rectangular vintage small Japanese jewellery and trinket box with an embossed pattern on the top and sides. The top features a family portrait and colonial homestead, and classic acanthus leaves on all four sides.
The interior is lined with red velvet. The lining is clean and has no holes or odours. The hinges are secure and sturdy, and the box opens and closes freely as it should. It stands upright without wobbling. In good condition, no damage or restoration.
