English pitcher with scene of a horse-drawn coach on the Dover Road. Made by T. Lawrence as part of their "Falcon Ware" line, 1936-64. Shape is known as "Cuban No. 2". Measures 12.4cm high x 8.8cm deep x 9cm wide. Nice condition with no chips or cracks, but does have crazing and staining/buttering to the glaze. some wear to the gilt in places too. Wonderfully charming.
